Housing Benefit
If you are on the lookout for somewhere to find your next rental property and are in receipt of The Local Housing Allowance (LHA), Housing Benefit then you have come to the right place.  Quality DSS Housing in Wolverhampton is hard to come across and that is why we understand that it can be very demoralising when you have to contact a wide range of agents and landlords and keep getting turned away time and time again and this is why we have entered this market.

Rent is normally paid by Standing Order.  Contract terms are 6 months Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) which is renewable. When contracts are signed 2 months rent is payable in advance, which is held and will count towards the last month of your contract


Students

All our student properties meet the minimum requirements/standards stated by the University and The Wolverhampton City Council.  Many of our properties are rented through recommendation from previous students.  Most of the bedrooms are generous double bed size and come fully equipped ready for you to move in.
Should you require a single room , 1 Bedroom Flat to anything up to 6 bedrooms please do not hesitate to contact us as we are sure we can match your requirements.
We also offer a storage service should you be going home for the summer and require storage options for your belongings  we are able to offer solutions.  Please contact us for further details.

The usual signing up process is as follows: We will show you round 2 or 3 suitable houses and if you like one in particular it shall be held for you for 48 hours while you check through contracts and talk to parents etc. as long as a provisional meeting is arranged at the same time to actually sign. If during the holding period you decide not to take the property on offer simply call and cancel.

Contracts normally run form 1st July – 30th June with half rent for summer (July/August) and is normally payable in 3 instalments – September, January and April, where appropriate standing order payment can be accepted

All our properties are neutral in decor and are within easy access  to local amenities and  transport routes to and from the City Centre.  If you require a single room or a Flat or  a House please do not hesitate to contact us
